Jill: I heard about Kwesi and Ama's breakup and it really got to me, cause they were perfect together. Now I know for sure that people praising you for looking good together, doesn't guarantee the success of your relationship. Looking good together says nothing actually; friends, twins and siblings look good together these days. The reason I'm saying this is that, sometimes friends listen to people's comments of them looking good together, to decide to date, and it ends up destroying their friendship. So it's a little silly if we clinch unto looking good together to make certain decisions. Knowing each other for so long doesn't also guarantee a successful marriage. Cause I had a friend who dated for 10years and after 3months of getting married to the person, divorced him. Another also met his woman when he traveled to America for holidays. They began chatting and after 6months of knowing each other decided to get married and have been happily married since. So for me, I believe in finding your right pair/ soul mate, rather than confusing yourself someone is the right pair for you because they know you so well or you two look good together. These two reasons doesn't guarantee a successful marriage. God is the match maker and He uses people to link people up, so simple, don't complicate things. To be sure, he/she is the one, pray to the match maker (God) for a sign to prove they are the right pair for you, and you would know for sure. But the decision is always yours to make.
