I cannot change

Lily: I cannot tell why but sometimes I get the feeling that Trey doesn't really know me as he says. I mean he does know but he hasn't really discovered certain obvious aspects of me. It could be that he has but hasn't taken notice of it or he wants me to blend with his kind of lifestyle. For example; He likes to play around with certain topics and wishes I also play along just for fun but I cannot do that. Cause I wouldn't be able to tell when things begin to get out of hand or when one of us gets carried away so I just decide not to play along at all. And he would always say that I take things too seriously. I mean that's what grown ups do right. Laugh out loud!. I mean I'm growing and certain things I find not interesting. This may sound annoying but he should at least try compromise with me on just this one thing.That's all I ask. What do you think Tina?

Having a different understanding

It's not what we go through that really matters but how we relate to what we go through that crowns it all. That is what makes someone's story different from another. They maybe going through the same problem but how they deal with the same problem differently depends on their understanding. How we understand things is what sets us apart from others. We maybe twins but the way we understand things is what makes us do what we do and that makes our response to the same situation different. We may look the same, react the same sometimes but process things differently in our heads.

How people really are

One technique of knowing how people really are, is taking note of how they relate to the people or things they do not need. That is, how they treat the maid in their house, taxi driver and many more. You shouldn't take that lightly at all cause there will come a time when they don't really need anything from you anymore and they would start treating you the same way. You may be special to them today but remember, time changes and so does people. So one thing you should really take note around someone you like before you mistakenly fall in love with them is how they relate with people they need nothing from. Don't forget this.
